Thank you for the great work today! We were able to make a decision in the morning which impacted the survey design, get approval from the client, alter the programming, update the downloadable forms, test the survey, test the links with the panel provider and launch in two countries by close of business (on a Friday none-the-less).
Can I just say how wonderful it is to work with CM again! I have been forced to work with another programmer on a couple projects and it is exhausting and they don't think of anything. I really appreciate you being proactive with qs like this.

I haven't had the pleasure of working with Critical Mix before, but I can tell you that that is just about the best reporting tool that I've seen!
I feel like you're all 100% devoted to my projects... and yet I know you have tons of other work going on. That speaks volumes for the level of support I've been getting...
I have to say, each time I go on the Critical Mix website to check a study, pull some data, etc. I am just amazed. I have worked with several groups like yours and no one has made access to this sort of information so easy - for most you can't even access these things! I really want to commend you for this - this is great!
Can I say that CM's survey checking tools kick ***? Specifically: Ability to select the blocks, ability to jump right to the choice card task, ability to enter the barest of case-based info in order to do the choice tasks... BRILLIANT!

Just wanted to say how much I appreciate working with Critical Mix... You always make it seem so easy, changes are a breeze, your reporting tool is far superior, and I always get data as promised. I've had some disappointing experiences lately with other vendors - and it has made me realize how good your team is in comparison.
