Hugh is a co-founder of Critical Mix and is responsible for setting and executing strategy, leading the company to reach 43rd on the Inc. 500 list of the fastest growing private companies in America in 2015. Hugh is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in developing internet businesses. Prior to founding Critical Mix, he played a significant role in transforming Greenfield Online from a two-person start-up into a global, 600+ employee, publicly traded company (Nasdaq:SRVY) which was subsequently sold to the Microsoft Corporation. Hugh is experienced in managing operations, strategy, marketing, and entrepreneurship.
Keith is a co-founder of Critical Mix and has over 20 years of management experience in sales, marketing, operations, and administration. His passion is building and leading client focused service organizations. Most recently he managed the North American P&L for Toluna (AIM: TOL.L). Keith was responsible for the $100m global research business at Greenfield Online (Nasdaq: SRVY) from 2008-2009. Keith’s expertise includes business integration, new product development, and sales distribution strategies.
Ron is part of the founding team and Chief Customer Officer at Critical Mix where he is responsible for the development growth of sales and operations teams. Prior to his current role, Ron served as Chief Revenue Officer of North America for Toluna PLC (AIM: TOL.L) and was responsible for the company’s North American sales and marketing operations. Prior to assuming his role at Toluna, Ron held the title of Vice President of Sales at Greenfield Online (acquired by Toluna), where he was responsible for sales and developing vertical solutions.
Paul is a database and software system architect with over 15 years of experience primarily in the market research sector. He has extensive experience in master data management and data protection with a focus on Big Data repositories. Paul has held several positions at TNS including Director of Global Access Panel Technologies where he was responsible for all panel software development initiatives, with major deployments in over 26 countries. His primary goal was on improving and standardizing, panel balancing requirements, as well as customizing portal creation methodologies. Paul attended the University of Toledo and studied Mechanical and Statistical Engineering. He also holds several Oracle and networking engineering certifications.
Jim has over 20 years of experience in financial management with market research, financial services and medical services companies. He began his career at McGladrey LLP and then moved on to KPMG LLP where he earned his CPA license. Jim has a proven track record of building teams, implementing systems and procedures during periods of high growth as well as economic downturn. Jim is a CPA in the State of Connecticut.
Brenda leads the creation and implementation of the distinctive Critical Mix brand experience. With over 25 years of marketing and market research expertise among companies such as TNS, NFO WorldGroup (acquired by TNS), and Nielsen, Brenda brings her creative talent to Critical Mix. Previous roles include EVP, Strategic Marketing & Sales Development for TNS North America, and VP, New Product Development at NFO Interactive where she assisted in the design and introduction of several of the industry’s first online market research panels and services.
